My faith in humanity and Parking tickets.

I had the sheer luck (sarcasm) to receive two parking tickets in Berkeley last week, a whopping $46 dollars each, for being parked in the same spot for 5 hours, by the same Officer "Banjo," and chalked up twice. So I went to the Berkeley Parking and Permit Center (I can't recall the exact name) to pay for it on Center Street. And the very very nice generous, words cannot describe how wonderful...dismissed both of my parking tickets! whoo hoo.

Word of Wisdom: if your nice clerk lady has a paper cut, offer a bandaid and antibiotics, it WILL save you $92 dollars worth of parking tickets. :) Faith in humanity is restored...I kid, I've always had faith in humanity, just not in mean Officer Banjos. =)

I'm excited to start chronicling my food cooking escapades! Good recipes will be shared...and I'll shovel my cooking disasters under the rug somewhere if they come...haha I kid... Being a lactose-intolerant person, it is a bit ironic that I love cheese. It's just I get sick after eating them. A bit sad if you ask me. That's like saying you love dogs but you're allergic to it. After looking at so many inspirational food blogs on normal everyday Joes like you and I making cheese at home, I have decided cheese-making is my next culinary goal. =) I'll start cooking...
