My faith in humanity and Parking tickets. I had the sheer luck (sarcasm) to receive two parking tickets in Berkeley last week, a whopping $46 dollars each, for being parked in the same spot for 5 hours, by the same Officer "Banjo," and chalked up twice. So I went to the Berkeley Parking and Permit Center (I can't recall the exact name) to pay for it on Center Street.
